Logistics - We have been involved in a wide range of events, from large scale functions to intimate bridal showers. Each affair is unique, and fits our clients needs.  We know one of the most important aspects of all events is giving attention to the details. This can include preparing transportation, making reservations, and coordinating deliveries. We work to make sure the "behind-the-scenes" components are in place. This preparation is fundamental to making sure the event runs smoothly, leaving you with nothing to worry about.

Management - We offer on-site management to coordinate with vendors, oversee the event set up and ensure the details of the planning come together flawlessly.  We are able to do it all!   We deal with any issues that arise promptly, and everything in between until the clean up is complete.

Vendor Consultations - Who you choose to provide the services for your event make the difference between a good event and a fabulous event. We will help you find a trustworthy vendor who will take your budget in to consideration, and deliver the results you desire. Communication - Ensuring that everyone is on the same page is one of our top priorities. This can include sending invitations to guests, and constructing blueprints of the evening for vendors and key members. We follow up with everyone involved to make sure there are no loose ends.
